Mein Website-Starterkit (Update)

Update: Von diesem Starter-Kit gibt es jetzt eine neue Version, die unter Das Web Interface Starter Kit beschrieben ist. (01.12.2008)

Website-Starterkits, wie hier von Peter Körner oder dem Usability-Idealisten vorgestellt, sind eine feine Sache, die bestimmt jeder Webworker seit Jahren in der einen oder anderen Form mit sich herumschleppt.

Mein Starterkit sieht mehr oder weniger ähnlich aus. Beinhaltet ein index.html-Muster für jeweils einen Dokumententyp, ein paar Verzeichnisse für Images, Flash, oder JS und das übliche robots.txt-Gedöhns (und andere Dateien, die ich so im document root habe)

Die Styles sind unterteilt in common.css, layout.css, forms.css, print.css, reset.css und iphone.css. In der layout.css sind schonmal die Anweisungen, die für's Faux Absolute Positioning (FAP) nötig sind. In den HTML-Dateien liegt auch Beispiel-Markup für ein FAP-Layout dabei.

Update: Ich habe die CSS-Anweisungen auf Single-Line umgestellt (weil das handlicher bei größeren Projekten ist) und beispielhaft jeweils einen CSSDOC eingebaut.
