Support-Müdigkeit

Sieht so aus, als würde sich die Support-Müdigkeit bei einigen Alteingedienten breit machen: Rückmeldung - Software Guide [Danke für die klasse PlugIns und Texte!] (via S-O-S SEO Blog) "Du verstehst doch was von Computern …" - brainwaver.net I won't fix your computer - deep-resonance.org Kann ich gut verstehen, hab ja auch schon ein paar mal deswegen "zurückgedrosselt". Zu geschilderten Windows-Problemen hört man von mir schon länger nur noch unkonstruktive Witze. Oder einen Stundensatz (+parallel dazu noch mehr blöde Windows-Witze; die gibt's immer als Gratis-Beigabe). Die aktuellen Howtos sind nur noch im botberuhigten Uçkaniumbereich und den Wordpress-Support bei Neubloggern übernimmt immer öfter meine Freundin :-). Ich glaube, jemand sollte mal eine Anleitung für support-suchende User schreiben: "Howto: Wie ich kostenlosen Support anfordere und erhalte, ohne den Supporter dabei aufzuzehren." ...
