Wordpresser aufgeatmet: Die Upgrade-PlugIns kommen

Gestern Abend, als ich aus Langeweile mal wieder 2 Wordpress-Upgrades gemacht habe, bin ich auf The WordPress Management Suite von Zirona gestoßen (noch in einem frühen Stadium). Ein weiteres Tool hat der Gerald aufgetrieben: Wordpress FTP Update Tool v1.0 Schön schön, bleibt zu hoffen, dass diese Tools auch mit neuen WP-Versionen funktionieren werden. Nicht, dass das Upgrade-PlugIn wegen Inkompatibilität zur neuen Version nicht funktioniert. Dass könnte zu Endlosschleifen, wie bei der Vista-Produktaktivierung führen ;-)

am besten wäre so ein tool, aber mit trojaner an bord, dann hätte man die wp-passwörter gleich blanko eingesackt. ich bring morgen auch mal so nen tool raus. will das jemand haben ;-)

Das Tool heist zwar "Wordpress FTP Update Tool", ist aber in Version 1.0 nicht auf WP beschränkt. Damit kann man auch Serendipity updaten, es spielt lediglich die Daten ein.

Die neue Version soll eventuell WP-Fähigkeiten mitbringen.
